Operation Siren Tour

'Siren Tour' was the British overall designation for any air raid undertaken by small numbers of bombers against German targets with the major objects of causing air raid alarms, so disturbing the sleep of German industrial workers, and of keeping the anti-aircraft defences on full-time alert as a means of reducing their efficiency (1940/41).
