'Sonderstab F' (i) was the German plan to aid Iraq during the revolt of Rashid Ali al-Gaylani against British rule (10/30 May 1941).
More fully authorised by the Führerweisung Nr 30 of 23 May, the plan was based on the despatch of a small military team to advise the Iraqis, and also the commitment of a small air unit flying German aircraft in Iraqi markings.
