'Soulbury' was a British naval undertaking in which Lieutenant R. M. Young’s ML-361 landed two agents of the Special Operations Executive, one MI.9 evasion specialist and a quantity of stores at Sollum in North Africa (9/10 February 1942).
The launch departed Alexandria to Mersa Matruh and Bardia, where the swell was running too high for a landing, and thence Sollum before returning to Alexandria.
