'Spaghetti' was German attack toward the Tepelenë region of southern Albania, both to secure the area against Albanian partisans and to pave way for the disarmament of the Italian forces on the island of Corfu, by Generalleutnant Walter Stettner Ritter von Grabenhofen’s 1^st Gebirgsdivision (early September 1943).
