'SWa Wagner' was a German naval minelaying operation in the western part of the North Sea by ships operating from Rotterdam (21/22 December 1940).
The operation involved the minelayers Roland, Cobra, Kaiser and Skagerrak, escorted by the torpedo boats Falke, Greif and Seeadler of Kapitänleutnant Helmut Neuss’s 5th Torpedoboots-Flottille, and resulted in the laying of 1,422 mines.
