'Waldschrank' was a German pair of naval minelaying operations designed to close the entrance to the Skagerrak between neutral Sweden and German-occupied Norway (4/7 December 1943).

The operation was undertaken by the minelayers Brummer, Elsass and Ostmark supported by the destroyers Hans Lody, Theodor Riedel and Z 31.
