'Widerhaken' was the German fourth and last of a series of naval minelaying operations in the Ligurian Sea, off the north-west coast of Italy, by two ex-Italian torpedo boats of Korvettenkapitän Wirich von Gartzen’s 10^th Torpedoboots-Flottille (27/28 May 1944).
