'Wiltz' was a US radio deception by the 23^rd Headquarters Special Troops to simulate Major General Lunsford E. Oliver’s US 5^th Armored Division as the real formation moved to the north from Luxembourg to Malmedy in Belgium (4/10 October 1944).
