'Wintersport' (i) was a German unrealised plan for the capture of Maykop and its oilfields in the area to the north of the north-western end of the Caucasus mountains in the southern USSR (3 November 1941/August 1942).

The plan was created under the overall supervision of Generalfeldmarschall Gerd von Rundstedt’s Heeresgruppe 'Süd' by the staffs of Generaloberst Ewald von Kleist’s 1^st Panzerarmee and Generaloberst Hermann Hoth’s 17^th Army, and was later updated and attempted as 'Edelweiss' (i).
