'Wintersport' (ii) was a German unrealised operation by Generalleutnant Conrad-Oskar Heinrichs’s 290^th Division of General Walter Graf von Brockdorff-Ahlefeldt’s II Corps within Generaloberst Ernst Busch’s 16^th Army to improve the line in its sector of the Demyansk pocket (17 July 1942).
