'Woolworths' was a British operation by the RAF Regiment to seize the development centre of the Focke-Wulf aircraft company at Bad Eilsen in Germany (8 May 1945).

Like the other Allied powers at this time, the British saw the strategic and technical importance of capturing intact, and therefore available for further examination, the key elements of Germany’s advanced weapons design and manufacturing programmes.
