'AG' (ii) was the designation of Allied military supply convoys (together with a numerical suffix) plying the route to Greece from Alexandria on the north coast of Egypt shortly before and during the period of the Germany 'Marita' invasion of Greece (March/April 1941).
The first of the series was AG.1 of 5/7 March 1941 from Alexandria to Piraeus with the 5,419-ton British Nurmahal and 1,587-ton British Volo, and the last was AG.15 of 24/26 April 1941 from Alexandria to Souda Bay with the Greek Korinthia.
