'Felicitate' was a British naval undertaking by Lieutenant C. Mason’s MGB-318 of the 15th Motor Gun Boat Flotilla to recover the personnel left ashore in 'Envious IIB' and gather a party of evaders and two escapers from the Ile Tariec off the Breton coast of German-occupied France (25/26 December 1943).
A first attempt on 23 December had been unsuccessful as a result of very adverse weather, but the second attempt two days later, when a 25-ft (7.6-m) 'surf boat' was towed across the English Channel, was successful in collecting 28 persons including the part left ashore in 'Envious IIB', two women and 20 evaders and escapers.
