'Regenschirm' (ii) was a U-boat wolfpack operation off the north-west coast of German-occupied Norway (14/16 October 1944).

The wolfpack comprised U-293, U-310, U-771 and U-997, and neither lost any of its own number nor sank any ship as during this period there were neither 'JW' outbound nor 'RA' homebound convoys on passage through the area covered by this wolfpack.
