The 'Tulpen-Stellung' was a German prepared defensive position in the area to the north of Riga on the Kurland front for General Anton Grasser’s Armeeabteilung 'Grasser' (ex-Armeeabteilung 'Narwa') (autumn 1944).
The position extended from the Baltic Sea coast to the north of Jelgarkrogs in a south-easterly direction to Wenden on the Venta river.
