'Wildsohn' was a German operation against the partisan forces of Josip Broz Tito in the eastern Bosnia region of German-occupied Yugoslavia (7 October 1943).
The undertaking involved elements of Generalleutnant Josef Brauner von Haydringen’s 187th Reserve-Division in the area of Zupanja and Cerna, and Generalleutnant Hellmuth von Pannwitz’s 1st Kosaken-Kavalleriedivision along the line linking Gradiska, Otok, Sid and Kuzmina.
