Operation Packard (i)

'Packard' (i) was a British unrealised naval contingency plan for operations by the warships of the Home Fleet and warplanes of RAF Coastal Command in the event that the German battleship Tirpitz sortied to the south into the Norwegian Sea and North Sea, rather than to the west or north into the North Atlantic or Arctic Oceans, from her base in the northern part of German-occupied Norway (1941/43).
